Bruce Hipkins, 22, was inactive on charges of unlawful imprisonment, assault, battery, and criminal sexual conduct minutes once police say he mistreated four women as they left a filling station shop in Millington on Friday, per ABCs News.

"He said, 'You're coming back with Maine.' And like, he grabbed my face," 11-year-old Allison Eickhoff tells WJRT. "Seeing that your sis was aiming to get taken is extremely chilling," says her 13-year-old sister, Lauren, World Health Organization fought back with the sole weapons she had: her fists, and a hot low.  "I grabbed my drink and chucked it at his head," then "punched him within the head," she says.
